The 4DAP protocol is progressive and self-paced by design because every nervous system opens differently. One student needs to slow the breathwork and double the balancing work. Another is ready for techniques months ahead of schedule. A third is in the middle of a die-off and needs to know exactly what to remove.

In the Private Coaching program, Aaron makes those calls with you. Once a month, you’ll sit with him one-on-one with his full diagnostic attention on your practice, symptoms, and blockages. You'll leave with custom practice instructions for your unique needs and level of advancement.

Between calls, you’re in a private text message group with Aaron and the other members of the coaching program. Questions get answered as they arise, not at the next call. Wins get witnessed.
