Working self-paced, most students spend months discovering through trial and error which center is actually holding their energy back. They start pushing practices their system isn’t ready for, or under-working the one area that would change everything.
The Kundalini Masters Mentorship Group exists to remedy that trial-and-error. Every week, live, Aaron guides the group and gives you a specific practice to do about it.
The program opens with the Spiritual Quotient (SQ) Test. This is a comprehensive analysis of your current level of spiritual development and your greatest areas of blockage. It's a working map of where your energy system actually is, so your three months are spent on the right centers from week one.
At the end of the three months, you’ll take the SQ Test again, so your progress is actually measured, not guessed. You'll get a before-and-after picture of your own development, in observable terms.
What every week looks like:
⏣ One live two-hour call with Aaron each week — teaching, Q&A, and direct guidance on navigating whatever phase of the process you’re in (heating, die-offs, pacing, integration)
⏣ A specific chakra clearing and balancing practice assigned by Aaron each week — targeted work on the lower triad, where the blockages live
⏣ Your daily 4DAP practice — the full Neurotropic Breathwork routine, built progressively, with the group moving through it together
